How to Book Bus & Ferry Tickets with Biyaheroes

Step 1: Search Route

Input your destination, origin, departure date, and a number of passengers to search for your trip. You may indicate a drop-off point. Both one-way and round-trip bookings are available.

Step 2: Select Trip

Click the blue “SELECT” button for the departure time and type of ticket that you prefer. Upon selection, a drop-down with details such as seat type, terminal address, terminal contact number, and bus/ferry features (i.e. wifi, air conditioning, etc.) will appear.

Step 3: Input Details

The reserver’s name, e-mail, and mobile number will be required to complete the booking. If the reserver is the passenger, then there is no need to input his/her details again. If not, the passenger’s data must be filled in. Any additional comments and concerns may be written in the booking notes.

Step 4: Select Seat

For the next step, you will be prompted to choose a seat. All the available and taken seats will be shown in a color-coded fashion.

Step 5: Pay Online/Offline

After seat selection, you may now proceed to payment. The following payment options are available: 7-Eleven, Bayad Centers, Dragonpay Over-the-Counter/ATM, ECPay, Online Banking, and PayPal. Seats are on hold to allow for the passenger to complete payment. The holding period varies depending on which payment option was chosen.

Step 6: Print Voucher

Biyaheroes will send a text message and e-mail voucher once payment has been confirmed. Print out the voucher and exchange it for your actual ticket at the terminal.
