About Apekop Travel Boat Service

Not a lot of commuters are familiar with Apekop Travel. Despite being a humble service provider, they have been operating the Panglao to Oslob route since 2018. The vessel they use is not a ferry, nor is it a small outrigger boat. It’s somewhat a cross between the two—Apekop Travel uses a high-speed mini boat with a comfort room on board.

Instead of using formal ports, Apekop uses the beaches of Panglao and Oslob to dock and depart. As such, prepare to get your feet wet when embarking and disembarking. This may be uncomfortable to some, but traveling from beach to beach has its perks too! It cuts down travel time to just 90 minutes. Apekop Boat Service Rules & Reminders

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Printed and digital vouchers are both accepted. Children younger than 4 years old can travel for free. Life vests are provided aboard the ship. Confirmation of tickets booked online may take up to 24 hours since it is done manually by the operator. The ticket price does not include the landing fee of 20 PHP per person.

Baggage allowance is flexible, but a 100 PHP excess fee may be charged for bulky items and additional luggage. Apekop Travel will not be held responsible for any bags that may get wet in transit. Kindly do the necessary waterproofing for your items. Food and drinks are allowed, but please dispose of your trash properly. If you don’t have your snacks, you can buy beer, bottled water, instant noodles, and chips on board.
