Whether you’re traveling from Manila to Iloilo for work, leisure, or hometown visits, this route has several transportation means. You can reach this urbanized city on Panay Island by airplane, bus and RoRo (Roll-on/roll-off), or ferry.
The fastest option would clearly be via flight, however, it is also the most expensive. If you’re tight on budget, a cheaper solution would be to take the ferry. The bonus part is it lets you enjoy the picturesque sea view as you travel!
Manila to Iloilo RoRo (Ceres bus) is also less costly than a plane ride. But it can be a hassle for people who aren’t fond of indirect trips with a few stopovers.
