From Mactan-Cebu International Airport, it’s a 30 minute drive to Pier 3 without traffic. Taking a taxi would be advisable if you’re in a rush or if you have a lot of luggage. From the South Bus Terminal, take the 02B jeep to get to Cebu Pier 3.
